Shvabe Holding's corporate culture is based on the principles of mutual respect among employees of all levels.

Shvabe opposes bureaucratization and do not practice a formal approach to corporate events. Our aim is to unite enterprise's employees and help to develop their leadership skills, and realize their own creative potential.
