Our aim is long-term collaboration

Shvabe offers interesting jobs and wide opportunities for career progress.

Our task is to attract highly qualified specialists and motivate them for long-term collaboration. We combine material and non-material incentives, and create conditions that make working at Shvabe prestigious.

A respectable salary is an important factor in choosing a career. And awareness that you are valued and your potential is sought after is an equally important parameter of a well-chosen job.

Professional competitions effectively motivate employees. At Shvabe enterprises we regularly elect the most successful employees in various categories:

  • best specialist
  • best worker (specific professions)
  • best mentor
  • best young specialist
  • best young worker

The winners are awarded monetary prizes and trips abroad.

In addition, the employees of the Holding get an opportunity to participate in Russia-wide competitions and conferences, and are recommended as candidates for the federal awards of the Russian Federation. Every year our specialists become the winners of prestigious Russian professional competitions: "Golden Idea", "Engineer of the Year", etc.

All Shvabe employees have social insurance and protection. In addition to the standard social package, the enterprises of the Holding implement a number of programmes:

  • payment of kindergarten and nursery fees
  • medical insurance
  • donations for food
  • residential lease assistance
  • sports expenditure compensation

The employees' children get free tours to summer recreation camps. Most of Shvabe enterprises have a non-state pension program: for five years, in addition to the state pension, the employees of the enterprise receive a non-state pension that amounts to 50% of the employee's average salary.

Young specialists take an active part in the professional and social life of the Holding through adaptation and training programmes. They also receive access to free education and training in graduate courses in academic institutes: General Physics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, P. N. Lebedev Physical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow Aviation Institute, and others.
