Shvabe Holding and Global Energy Corporation signed a cooperation agreement in the course of their meeting in Astana International Financial Centre in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The cooperation centers on the development of international technological collaboration with the CIS, Middle East and African countries. The parties are going to promote the civilian products produced by the companies of the Holding to the overseas markets, and to establish joint enterprises for further local manufacturing content in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The agreement was signed by Sergey Dmitrochenko, Deputy General Director of Shvabe for sales development, marketing and service support of civilian products, and Erkanat Temirkhanov, CEO of Global Energy Corporation.
“We believe this agreement to increase the export potential of the Holding and contribute to building its overseas market strength. We’ve already planned our further cooperation in a number of areas including complex projects implementation in the Republic of Kazakhstan and technology transfer between the companies in order to integrate the scientific and technological potential,” pointed out Sergey Dmitrochenko.
The major areas of cooperation are healthcare, “smart city” and AI technologies, lighting technologies, etc.
